Terms of Service

The Site is a game provided for entertainment purposes only. Everything in it is fictional: "Blind Budget Mart" is not a real store, "Roulette Bank" is not a real bank, the credit card is not a real credit card, the products are not real products for sale, and the prices, limits, and "checkout" are simulated. No real money, credit, goods, or services are exchanged, offered, or sold through the Site, and nothing you do in the Game creates any account, debt, credit line, or financial obligation of any kind.

The Game involves no stakes, wagers, entry fees, prizes, or winnings of any kind. It is not gambling, a lottery, a sweepstakes, or a contest.

Nothing on the Site is financial, credit, legal, or professional advice. The Game is not a budgeting tool, does not reflect how real credit cards or credit limits work, and should not be relied on for any financial decision.

You may use the Site only if you can form a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The Site is not directed to children under 13.

You agree not to misuse the Site. In particular, you will not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or other players' data; probe, disable, overburden, or interfere with the Site or its security features (including attempting to decrypt or tamper with the game token); use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Site in a way that burdens it; use the contact form to send spam, malware, or unlawful, abusive, or harassing content; or copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Site or its content without our permission.

We may suspend or block access for anyone who violates these Terms.

The Site and its original content — including its name, design, text, code, and game mechanics — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. All other rights are reserved. Product names in the Game are generic and fictional; any resemblance to real brands is unintentional.

If you send us messages, feedback, bug reports, or ideas (for example, through the contact page), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them to operate and improve the Site, without any obligation to you. Do not send us anything confidential or anything you do not have the right to share.

The Site relies on third-party services, including hosting, analytics, and email delivery. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

The Site is a free project. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it — including game modes, products, rules, and limits — at any time, with or without notice. Game results are ephemeral by design and are not stored, guaranteed, or recoverable.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECT WILL BE CORRECTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED TEN US DOLLARS (US$10), REFLECTING THAT THE SITE IS A FREE ENTERTAINMENT SERVICE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the courts located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept them.
